Lana W. Jackman, Ph.D.

Founder & Executive Director Lana W. Jackman is a first generation college graduate.

A highly experienced higher education student services administrator, she’s worked in the private sector as well as the public sector of higher education.

Her experience includes serving as an associate dean of enrollment services, director of student financial aid, academic and career adviser, and adjunct faculty on the undergraduate and graduate level.

Dr. Lana earned her B.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Boston, Ed.M from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and her Ph.D. from Lesley University.

Phil JackmanPhilip S. Jackman

Lead Developer & COO –  A second-generation college graduate, Phil majored in sociology at the University of Connecticut/Storrs.

He also completed several management courses at the Harvard University Extension program.

He has spent the last several years working in the banking industry in New York City.

Before that, he developed an eclectic CRM background in digital marketing sales.
